Experienced mechanic and coworker working in auto repair shop

About

The guy who answers the phone
is the guy who fixes your car.

Andy Williams — owner, mechanic, and the person you talk to at 3 AM when your car won't start. No call center. No service advisors. No middlemen.

The Story

A shop built on one idea: be the mechanic you'd want to call at midnight.

Andy Williams has been turning wrenches in Orlando for years. He's worked in dealerships, independent shops, and everywhere in between — and he saw the same pattern everywhere: customers paying too much, waiting too long, and never talking to the person actually doing the work.

So he opened his own shop on North Orange Blossom Trail. The rules were simple: answer your own phone, quote honest prices, and never close. Because cars don't break on a 9-to-5 schedule, and the guy driving a tow truck at 2 AM shouldn't have to leave a voicemail.

Today, Williams Auto Repair serves Orlando, Winter Park, College Park, Pine Hills, and Altamonte Springs — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Andy still answers the phone. He still does the diagnostics. And he still signs off on every car that leaves the shop.
